THE ROLE
Maternity cover - 1 year fixed term contract
As a Turndown Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests stay is comfortable and enjoyable. In addition, you will also service all late requests and prepare late check-out rooms for the new arrivals.
Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
- Light servicing of all occupied bedrooms
- Turning back bed covers
- Replenishing teas and coffees
- Cleaning cups
- General tidying of bedroom and bathroom
- Light clean of the corridors and public areas
- Supporting the day team with linen and stock replenishment
